Forresteria

Forresteria alluaudi, from Fossil Cephalopods in Utah.

Belongs within: Collignoniceratidae.

Forresteria is an Upper Cretaceous (Lower Coniacian) genus of ammonites with at least a mediolateral tubercle present on the inner whorls that may later disappear or fuse with the umbilical or ventrolateral tubercle (Wright et al. 1996).
