Ocybadistes is an Australasian genus of skippers with larvae feeding on grasses (Braby 2000).

Characters (from Braby 2000): Antenna more than half length of costa of fore wing; club broad and swollen with apiculus very short and pointed; third segment of labial palp long, slender and erect; fore wing with vein CuA2 arising approximately halfway between base and end of cell; termen of hind wing evenly rounded; mid tibia lacking spines; male with or without patch of sex-scales. Male genitalia with uncus undivided and produced to long narrow point, valva rounded apically and not divided.
