Sepidiini

Belongs within: Tenebrionidae.

The Sepidiini are a group of mostly nocturnal, ground-dwelling beetles found in Africa and south-western Asia. Members of the subtribe Sepidiina bear an anterior process on the pronotum, projecting above the head (Bouchard 2014).
